Help with Level

I am trying to determine exactly, what is my character's level. I know I went to all of the events last year and all of the events this year. I was pretty sure there were 4 events last year, including Frostfell. I think next game Ravinal will be 32 level, if Im not mistaken. I just want to be sure.
