*Kidwynn looks at Dallid*
Thank-you Dallid. Guess I can get myself into trouble just as much as some other people I know.
*She grins mischeviously and anyone watching will notice she has quite a grin going on as if she thoroughly enjoyed putting herself in the fray like that.*

T'ru replies to Kidwynn, "This gentleman here is looking for a man named Lan and believes he has come through this way."
Yalka just nods and continues smoking, keeping a wandering eye on the group...

*Kidwynn cocks her head in curiosity and looks at Yalka.*
What does this Lan fellow look like? Maybe someone in this group might have seen him.
*Looks back over at T'ru.*
I do believe T'ru Arthos would like to have a few words with you, if you have the time and all.

T'ru nods saying, "I suppose I can spare a moment or two. Things are a bit...hectic obviously, but I trust this relates."
Yalka continues to puff, looking thoughtful, finally saying to Kidwynn's question, "I've never seen him but I'll know him when I find him."

"As would I. Lan is of Haven. Robert seeks him for questioning regarding a Gavin found dead in his home."

*Arthos steps up to T'ru and gives her a formal bow and follows the proper greating ritual of the A'Chuk people*
T'ru, thank you for your time. I just heard about the lake disappearing today and my friends came imdetialy over to lelnd our aid to the village and the A'Chuk people. And if possible find a way to bring the lake back.
If you could direct us to a member of the village that could fill us in on what happened and any inforamtion that was collected so far would be of great help. I know your time is short and you have many task to accomplish so I will bother you no longer. If there is something we could do for you and the A'Chuk people, just ask, and if it is in our power we will do it. You have the support of Final Haven and Lord Corbyn.
*Arthos bows again and waits for T'ru response*

*Looks over to Drake to make certain he doesn't have any obvious injuries while in the healing circle and her eyes scan the bits of worm that can be seen everywhere.*
Drake, you alright?

*Drake looks at Kidwynn*
"I'm fine. As far as I know these bodies *Jesturing to his Ga'Vin body* can regenerate their own health back. I want to see if this holds true for mine."

T'ru contemplates a moment and then said, "You can talk to me. It's all right. I've pretty much gotten everyone on separate tasks anyway. Better to disturb me than them. I'll tell you what I know which isn't much I'm afraid. The lake literally vanished into thin air. Fortunately it was late at night so we only had one small boat out at that time. There has been no word from him and the only assumption can be that he is...wherever the lake is. I have three different groups scouting the area. They aren't the most skilled woodsmen in Phanterra, but they are smart and a lake is tough to miss so I don't foresee that being a problem. Two are folliwing the river in both directions--it has to lead somewhere, hopefully to our lake. The third group is elsewhere. I hope to hear from all of them by days end. This seems in keeping with the other shiftings that have occurred in the larger area and suspect that our lake has simply been...misplaced. Once we find the lake, we may require some assistance moving if need be. Otherwise, I would hope the people of Haven will focus on why things are changing and what can be done about it."

*Dallid turns toward Yalka*
Would you tell us the reason you seek Lan?

Yalka considers Dallid a moment, staring at him with penetrating eyes that feel like they see all there is to see. Finally he nods casually and responds. "I believe that something sinister has occurred to Lan or because of him. Either way he is a loose end in the case I am investigating." He stops a moment, thoughtfully, and then puffs on his pipe. Finally continuing in a deeper voice, "I don't like loose ends. I will find the truth, no matter how long it takes, no matter where it leads me." He glances over the crowd as he ends on those words and then retreats into a reflective silence...

*Dallid doesn't seem to take the hint*
Would you tell us of your ‘case’, then?

*Kidwynn looks over at Dallid*
Dallid, whatever is goin' on I can tell it's personal between this man here and that Lan fellow. Given time, he may tell us what he feels we need to know, but if you keep pushing him all you will get is a reply in anger.
If this Lan character is a super dangerous person I'm hoping at least perhaps he'll talk to Incarius there being that he is Constable so at least he has a heads up on things.
*Stands there and waits to see what happens yet, but staying on alert just in case something happens. Once the tension calm, will be using scout to see if there might be any more worm trails.*

"well put,lass" Incarius states
*likewise keeping an eye out for worm or reaction of the others about*
" If you dont want to say anything openly we all understand, but if this Lan is a threat to you here or us at the haven proper than I would beseach you to tell at least myself. Either way I'm at your disposal to help find the lad. More than happy to work with you as you see fit"

Yalka, in his calculating way, stands motionless momentarily, simply eyeing the people who spoke to him, one after the other, as well as those who spoke about him. Finally, without any hint to his emotions, he speaks, "A Ga'Vin was killed in the village of peasants at approximately 7:04 the eve of the 30th day of the previous month. He was killed in the home of one Lan whose subsequent disappearance remains...suspicious. No one in the village expected him to travel, no one knows where he may have gone, but I have reason to believe that he has traveled this way. My interest in him is simply to question him as to his whereabouts during the time in question and to establish why he fled if indeed he did. As per my agreement with Robert, no harm will befall him if I deem him guilty, but rather a trial will be arranged with utmost speed, so as to appease those who have requested my aid, as well as the laws of this land..."
