Pabbi noda and mara replies simply, "Of course."

We can't simply meet the demands of Corbyn's captors. They will simply abduct someone else and repeat the process.
We know where they want us to deliver the goods, and we know they'll be nearby watching. We need scouts to explore the area in secret and find them - track them back to their camp and Corbyn. Unfortunately now it is Azara who is also missing.
Still, Gideon could likely perform this task, and perhaps Pheonix has a dedicated tracker, as well. Corbyn will suffer greatly for any delay, but to do otherwise will only bring greater hurt to Haven.

*Arthos looks a Dallid*
Do you want to take a chance of the kidnappers ripping Corbyn appart. As you see they are willing to do bodily harm. These people have the use of magic and can teleport as they wish. That is how they where able to take Corbyn from us. I don't like it, and I agree with you, but what can we do. If one of the scouts are seen, or they expect something wrong, than Corbyn is most likely dead. Do you want to take that chance. We have no information about the kidnappers and can deduce little from the evidence they have left.
My vote is we play by the rules the kidnapper left us, and get Corybn back. Than we will hunt for them and stop them. What do the rest of you say?

Just give them what they want and we'll deal with it later. I'm still hurt from the previous combats.

I don't agree with negotiating with these.... people, if you can even call them that. However, I also agree with Arthos that if we do not, we will probably never see Corbyn all in one piece again.
I say we pay them now, and track them down later.
Dallid, could you heal Ka before we head out, in case we are ambushed?

Yes, of course.
*Performs healing on Ka*

I'm not sure even Dallid's abilities will be able to help, but hopefully. I did learn an important lesson though. Wearing armor not fitted for you can damage organs.

This is how it played based upon private messages and such. Some of you left with the ransom demand. Some stayed. Time passed. Those who left came back without the ransom. Time passed. Some left again to check to see if the ransom was taken. Time passed. Those who left came back stating that in fact the ransom had been taken. No sign of Corbyn yet, but you do feel you will see him soon...
With that, I'm calling a game off, at least for myself--feel free to chat amongst yourselves. This will be picked up and finished starting Friday. Hope you had a good time. Y'all come back now you hear.
