From the woodline a familiar dark figure approaches the wood, and a moment later Shale appears with his hood pulled up and shield covered in ice and a few claw marks on his clothes, but in good health. He nods to Kidwynn and looks about the camp without breaking stride and immediately goes to the fire.

"Oh yeah, that feels better. Nothing chills the bones like carrying cold metal." he says almost thrusting his hands directly into the flames. He nods to Claude and to Corbin. "Thanks for sending Arthos and Kels for us."

*Kidwynn nods to Shale and notices the tears in his clothing.*

Humm...looks like I have some work to do tonight on guard duty. Someone has some food somewhere around here Shale, so if you're hungry grab something. I can't tell you who for well I haven't had anything yet and really don't feel like it.

*She still continues to head in the direction of the noises as if not taking anything for granted and continuing to not trust the environment the group is currently in. Basically she is being extra cautious.*

*From the same direction as Shale Kels appers from the dark he has his bow out with an arrow nocked his clothing torn with a little frozen blood on them he walks over to Kidwynn gives her a hug then moves over to the fire bows to Corbin*

"I see you are all well that is a good thing."

*He sorta half smiles slings his bow over his shoulder and begins to warm his hands by the fire*

*Arthos walks up to the fire with a smile on his face*

It's good to you all again, even better to be by a warm fire

*after Arthos eats and warms he beds down for the night*

*Kidywnn returns the hug from Kels and for the first time today a slight smile appers. She then walks over to the fire with him, but turns around for a moment and looks back over in the direction he came from. She gestures to Neshca to see if she can continue to borrow the blanket.*

I take it Ravinal is behind you Kels? Any signs of Giddeon?

*Looks at the tears in his clothing*

Obviously at least you and Shale had some fun. Humm..armor is fine but your clothes need a bit of patching up. Guess you all can decide who I'm sewing up first. I could use the distraction anyway.

*Before falling Asleep Arthos says*

Gideon will meet us at FH. I have sent calls to him. He will be alright.

*Arthos places his head on his pillow and drifts off to sleep*

*Kels looks at Kidwynn*

"Yes Ravinal is back there and you don't need to sew anything i'll be fine but Shale might want you to."

*Kels pulls up his hood then sits down next to the fire*

*She looks at him*

Not like it takes me very long when I do sew and you know one way or another it will be repaired eventually.

*The morning arrives quickly with no other encounters during the evening. As the members of Haven begin waking, the Bear Riders and their Urgeth can be seen encircling the camp at various distances of approximately 20 yards to 100 yards away.*

*Annika awakens looking more wearied than ever, brushes herself off in a courtly way and begins awkwardly rolling up her bedroll. Once she has somewhat woken up and adjusted to the morning sun, she smiles a polite greeting to everyone and approaches Donovan, Corbyn and Robin.*

"I can continue leading you across the bridge and through the Pass of the Witch Demon to the Red Ice Plains. It is after the Plains, where our escorts' obligation will end and they will be taking their leave. If you wish it, I would like to continue traveling with you to see you home safely..."

*Annika's eyes flash with desire and she looks down a bit shamefully.*

"After I see you off safely, I suppose I would return here... This is all, of course, at your will..."

*Annika awaits a response from one of the three.*

*Donovan has not spoken since leaving Frostfell. As the group has been traveling, he has always been on one of the flanks, often venturing away from the column and making his way back again. At night, he sits with his back to a tree and his eyes closed. It is difficult to tell if he actually sleeps. His eyes are empty, hard, and cold.*

*When Annika speaks, he does as he has done since leaving Frostfell - he scans the horizon as if looking for something. As she finishes he turns his gaze on her, seeming to look through her as his eyes measure every inch. Finally his eyes meet hers. When he speaks his voice has no inflection, and his words slide from his throat like stones.*

"Haven has a place for all."

*Ravinal stands silent. Fleeting glances to Donovan. He wanders to the edges of our large Haven group to try walking out his restlessness.*

*Midnight gathers her things quickly and shoulders her long bow. She bounces on her toes, both to warm up and in eagerness as everyone else prepares to leave*

*She gives a cheerful grin to Annika when Annika asks her question*

To have you along, happy we will be! Speak of magic along the way, perhaps we could, to accustom you to the idea, we might!

*Glances toward DonMayo, and when he is ready, she resumes her usual place, slighly to behind him and shielded by his body, but able to shoot arrows around him if need be*

*To Kels, Shale, Ravinal, and Arthos*

I'm very glad to see you've returned safely. Let us now press forth, I am eager to return home, and see how those we left behind have fared in working with the villagers to prepare for the coming winter.

Your guidance thus far in our journey home has proven true. When we arrive at Haven you will not be turned away should you choose to stay.

*Kels gives a short bow to Corbyn when he speaks*

"Thank you my lord it is good to see you well."

*Kels kneels down grabs a handfull of snow*

"I will not miss this place... *he drops the snow stands up looks at Kidwynn*

"Make ready it's time to go."

*he waits for everyone to start moveing staying close to Corbyn*

*Kidwynn looks at Kels and greats him with a soft smile. She is not a vibrant as usual, but doesn't seem to notice.*
