Levi stumbled in behind his brother. Levi looks like he might have stayed up a few nights too long, and at the point where he is so tired he is hyped out of his mind. He drags a chair to the table where Cirrus and Gondowon were sitting and puts his small wooden chest on the table. He opens it and begins to pull out flasks and colorful vials. Finally he pulls out a small bag of herbs. Which he proceeds to sprinkle some into his baby blue ceramic mug. The liquid inside begins to bubble and steam. He puts his hands in the steam and began to chant quietly..."OOoo MOOooo GUUeee GUUiii FIIiiii MEEeee STOOuuuu..."
He continues to chant over his potion while the others have their conversation.

"Glad I could be of help. It's rare I find someone who can approach things from different angles like that. That's what perspective is, seeing it from all the different viewpoints, all the sides, yours mine and the truth, and everythin' else."
Cirrus reached down into her backpack, withdrawing a hard leather flask before upending it into her beak. The steady clear stream showed it was plain water, and she took a hearty draught before continuing.
"I got nothing on how portals work. They're magical, and usually if you want to find a way somewhere, there's one there... beyond that you wanna talk to Korrigan, or if you can find him, Gabriel. I heard the guy spent most of his time here in Haven researchin' 'em. Truth be told, I prefer walkin' myself, and generally talon trotting is faster for me anyway. Don't open your eyes durin' a crossing, that's key if you wanna keep your lunch. It's like being drunk - your membrane wants a point of reference to keep itself steady. If you got someone to grab onto while making the jump, you'll yinz out, but otherwise, you'd be better off keeping your peepers shut. I watch, I like the pretty colors... but, I'm not a normal bird."
Cirrus gave a self-deprecating grin as the door slammed open, her chair shifting back and away from the table slightly as Levi and Loki made their entrance. She watched the exchange with slightly raised skullfeathers, another bit of a grin as Loki squished the sage. She gave Loki's guitar, Loki's crown, then Levi's chest and mug a quick once over before bobbing her head in greeting, hands raised in the upside down fingertip salute she often gave with a soft click. The only sign of wings were vestigal flight feathers trailing along her arms until they disappeared into her armor, even in this weather it was the only garment she wore.
"Cirrus, procurement specialist. Haven't had much atmosphere in here since Tyr hasn't been back... but not a lot of us've been here recently. Could do with some rousin' bits of merriment to celebrate the return of the heroes and all."
She returned her inspective eye to Levi's chest of goodies, reaching out for a vivid orange vial.

Levi looks directly into Cirrus' eyes, she can't help but notice how unnaturally red they are. "Da tief receives da bad juju lady." The Bison Lord smiles widely. "Anyway, that's not da stoof you wannna be messin wif." He rearranges the silver crown on his dreaded hair. "But don you worry little thief, I wan be mad. That's not mah style mon. Anyway, what do you be wanting us to make merry!" Levi seems to not have taken offence to Cirrus' busy hands but he returns many of the vials to the chest and t=replaces them with four small tea cups. Poring the liquid into each one and offering them to Cirrus, Gondowon, and Loki.

Her skullfeathers tweak at Levi's eye color, but she makes no other reaction. "I was just having a look, no need to get your tailfeathers in a twist. I don't steal from Havenites... unless they're asking for it... or if they stole something first... or if I'm gettin' paid for it... or he smells funny... or it's a challenge... or it's shiny... or if it seems like a good idea... and this little orange vial, though nifty, is none of those things." Cirrus rolled it between her fingers before replacing it back on the table. No sleeves to hide anything up, her gauntlets resting atop her bag. "A procurement specialist knows the proper time for five finger discounts."
She picked up the tea cup offered, then leaned back in her chair, bringing the tea close to her beak and giving it a long whiff, the vapor streaming into her nares.

"Or a six-string discount, bird lady," Loki offered from a nearby seat, fingers finding a lone chord and strumming it slowly. He leaned back, closing his eyes as if falling into the infinite possibilities of that single arrangement of notes.
The Buffalo King's dark braids spilled over his guitar, out from under his offset gold crown. He tapped a bare foot out of time, lost in the mysteries of rhythm and music. "Jus' feel da music," he breathed, his strumming growing steadily slower.

Cirrus' nose fills with the the steam from the tea. She immediately feels tired, but very very relaxed. Part of her really just wants to stay lounged in this chair for a long long while. The steam from Levi's tea pot and the cups fills the area around them filling the room with its sweet scent. Levi takes a sip of his tea and leans back and lounges in his hair. His brother begins to play and he raises his Pan Pipe to his lips and begins to play a sweet melody above his brother's guitar. The combination of the instruments together makes a beautiful and peaceful sound that calms the air and gives the familiar inn a even more homely feel. Gondowon and Cirrus cannot help to be enthralled by the two musicians. Suddenly the musical interlude is broken by the sweet sound of Loki's voice beginning to sing a song from home --

"Leaves fallin': red, yellow, brown, all de same," Loki begins, singing slowly over the lazy guitar, "an' de' love you have found, outside in de' rain..."
The Buffalo King stops singing for a verse, allowing his brother to expand on the melody with his pipes, and the tavern is filled with the mellow song. After another verse of song, Loki returns to strumming a single chord. He stares at his own fingers, entranced by their motion.
