Dump them add them to armor points. Figure it out. One less thing for me to keep track of in battle.
OK bring on all the reasons why we need three soak pools in a keep the game simply larp and how it must exist.

Combat reflexes remove them
-Eli (Full Elvish: Elaith Vonaduran Craulnober)
There once was a man named Eli,
A man who claimed he could not die.
But one thing makes him wail:
That's when there is no ALE!
Thus his tale: with no beer, he will cry.
(The dark haired, green eyed mage child has faded into the past leaving behind one not quite an adult, but clearly no longer a child. The warrior-mage mixture that he has become can only be described as a survivor. )

Re: Combat reflexes remove them
JUST brain storming ideas:
What if we remove the requirement for armor to be fixed with repair. All armor comes back after 5 minutes out of combat?

Re: Combat reflexes remove them
I actually am alright with that it's an arbitrary time tax and when scenes take too long we generally fast forward all that stuff anyways
Re: Combat reflexes remove them
Combat reflexes work for characters who don’t have/can’t afford/wouldn’t fit to have armor and still protects them. Just for that reason alone I think they should stay
No, I am not an Emo-Elf despite what some people may say *glares at Eli*

Re: Combat reflexes remove them
Also, there is no reason for a mage with 4 armor points to have to wait 5 minutes, instead of 2 minutes, to get armor repaired, just to diminish the time it takes for a PC, in heavy durable armor, to get it repaired, from 8 minutes to 5 minutes; unless more than one crafter helps.

Re: Combat reflexes remove them
We could make combat reflexes a spell - set to a certain point say 4-6 points. If we do end up changing them we will need to rewrite all skills tied to them from other classes.

Already is...ish
SPELL
Carapace
8 Essence; 5 Minute Charge; Talisman (3)
This Talisman grants you 8 Temporary Armor Points. This has the downside of reducing your Combat Reflexes to 0 (zero) though due to the inflexibility the spell causes. This armor cannot be restored in any way.
This spell lasts until the Talisman is removed by the caster or Disenchanted
POTION
Toughen Skin
Transmutation Effect
Upon drinking this potion you gain 4 Combat Reflexes. This lasts until the end of the current Combat/Scene
