1) can a PC buy more than 4 level 1 discipline skills?
2) if so what are the costs for the 5th, 6th, 7th, etc (I am assuming the 4th and beyond are all 30 points)

Any discipline beyond the 4th costs the same as the 4th discipline. You can have as many as you can afford.
