How does leadership from the beucrate actually work?

Does the extra 25% bonus work for a guilds total AP and also if the guild supports a house? or does it only work for one or the other. Basicaly, does the bonus work across the board, or only for one stituation.

Stituations for a guild leader to use the leaddership bonus on
1. Only for a guild to get more TP & AP
2. When a guild supports a house
3. When a guild supports royality

I dont double count the skill in any situation.

Those with leadership not in a guild get to use it when they support a thane or guild leader.

A guild leader who goes on to support the house gets it at the guild level only.

Make sence?
