What if we remove the requirement for armor to be fixed with repair. All armor comes back after 5 minutes out of combat?

Dump them add them to armor points. Figure it out. One less thing for me to keep track of in battle.

So the GM said no phys rep means no armor. There was a counter posted by Eye and no change to the answer from staff. My take away = if you're not wearing your physrep, you DON'T get any armor points since that was the last post from a GM.
